Immigration Evaluations

An immigration evaluation (also called an immigration psychological evaluation or immigration hardship evaluation) is a formal assessment conducted—typically by a licensed mental health professional to support a person’s immigration case in the United States.

It provides psychological and social evidence that may strengthen an individual’s petition for legal status, asylum, or relief from deportation.

The main goal of the evaluation is to document emotional, psychological, and social factors that are relevant to an immigration case. The report helps immigration judges and attorneys understand how a legal decision (e.g., deportation, separation, denial of asylum) could affect the applicant or their family.

We have trained Bilingual (English/Spanish) therapists who have experience with completing these evaluations and offer payment plans to make this service more accessible.
