Ashley Stratton, LCSW
I am Native Houstonian and have had the pleasure of growing up in such a diverse and culturally rich city. I graduated from the University of Houston with my Bachelor's in Psychology, and then obtained my Master's in Social Work from the University of Houston-Graduate College of Social Work in 2016. Since 2010, I have had the privilege of working in various settings to include outpatient mental healthcare, substance abuse, permanent supportive housing, and acute inpatient psychiatric care. What I have loved most about my work is being able to walk alongside individuals going through the recovery and healing process, and to help integrate mental healthcare into daily life. I have been married to my husband for 16 years, and have had the life changing joy of becoming a mother to our incredible daughter.
I have a passion in working with adults going through life transitions, maternal mental health and women's issues, or dealing with symptoms of anxiety and depression. I look forward to working with you as you embark on your healing journey.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my adventurous daughter, reading mystery and horror novels, watching movies, visiting museums and nature centers, taking care of my plants, and watching the birds visit my backyard. I really enjoy running, too!
